  I don't understand who writes reviews here, but a terrible broken-down hotel, door handles torn off, blankets do not wash for months, it seems, water and electricity are turned off every day, the staff is not particularly in a hurry to do something, only breakfasts were normal. For 5 days, they never cleaned the room, did not change the towels.

  We bought a tour to a standard room, at the time of purchase, Biblio Globus had it, and there is a category of "mini" rooms on the top wanted, which naturally costs less. But we were settled just in this mini room, okay, it would actually be 19sq.m as in the description here, but it is even smaller! Only 15sq.m! You ask how we understood this? Yes, everything is simple, the bed is a standard 1.6m, the blanket is 1.5 (you can see it in the photo) and we move around this bed, like crabs, sideways. A couple of days later, we asked the reception, why is this and is it possible to have a normal number according to the voucher and paid for on the tour? But we were foaming at the mouth, proving that our room was standard, but for comparison, another mini was not shown to us. We turned to the agent through whom we booked the tour, too, to no avail, it turns out that the biblio globe does not exist at all in the categories of mini rooms in this hotel. So be careful when checking into this hotel, pay attention to the area! In general, I would not recommend the hotel. There is carpet everywhere in the rooms, which was vacuumed once in 10 days, so if you have allergies, it is better to choose another hotel. Linen was changed 2 times, the floor was not wiped in the bathroom during cleaning. The only plus is clean bedding, but it won't save your back and neck from a terribly uncomfortable, sagging mattress. The springs are already all outward, resting on the ribs and other parts of the body, the pillows are small, the blanket is also smaller than the size of the bed, we were given a small blanket ... Almost in turn, they covered themselves) the good is hot. It is very stuffy on the territory, because three buildings stand with the letter n and the wind does not blow through the courtyard, they noticed this when they went out for a walk in the evening - you go out the gate and immediately fresher, respectively, the rooms are stuffy, there is no exhaust ventilation, only a window, and you can open the door, then at least some draft appears) But the air conditioners work, they are unlikely to be cleaned, but still ... Breakfasts and meals in the dining room. On the first two days of our arrival, there were chocolate balls with milk diluted with water, then they stopped putting them. Every day, two types of porridge "for the first", "for the second" something from cottage cheese + egg / donuts + egg / scrambled eggs + sausage or sausage / once toasts were fried, donuts and croutons of course a bit fat for breakfast, well, whoever else , "on the third" tea black / green, but sometimes only black, coffee, even the most seedy 3in1 was never, bread, butter in abundance, sugar was always running out, no one followed him or poured it, sometimes they put jam, jam delicious ) porridge did not come day after day, then good thick sweet, then watery and tasteless ... Sausages, sausages are naturally the cheapest and not tasty. In general, the quickness of the staff at the distribution is not very ... Either there are no cups and plates, then there are no bread and sugar, it was necessary to call someone every time and ask them to cut / sprinkle / pour boiling water / carry the dishes. Beer in the "bar" for 130 rubles, in the store 60 rubles. There are set lunches / dinners, upon arrival they took noodles, in principle there was a bite to eat from the road, but cheaper and richer choice in a simple dining room in the city, in the same Elbrus closer to the market or "sat down" on the same street where Elbrus is only closer to the sea. Of course, homemade wine and chacha, but we didn't even try, if you take all this from them you will become their favorite guests and will lick you from head to toe, and if you don't want to drink their bramble and go on excursions from them, the attitude will be like empty space. Oh yes! The pool is not closed at night, that is, splashing under the windows until the very night, sometimes until 3 am, the staff do not care about the noise. Accordingly, the pool is cleaned very rarely, in 10 days there was a downpour once, after it the water was partially drained and filled with a new one, but the walls and bottom were not cleaned. New, but

  Excellent, confident three stars. Small, closed, cozy area. If you are with children, or you prefer to go to bed early, then choose rooms with windows overlooking the courtyard - in the evenings there is something like animation (I don’t know for sure - we got exhausted during the day and in the evening just passed out. some music) The breakfasts are quite decent - a small buffet. Boiled eggs, porridge of two types, cereals with milk, pancakes with cottage cheese, sandwiches with jam. You can order lunch and dinner for an additional fee (here I don't know what-how - we ate in the dining room 10 minutes from the hotel). They took a 2-room number. clean, comfortable, something dangles, but everything works as it should.
