  Stayed for 3 days (15-17 oct. 2020) convenient location, next to the botanical garden to the sea 20-25 minutes slowly. Clean bedding, towels. The owner's pleasant mother Irina. Cons: bathroom renovation required.

  We were moved to a room without windows, without our presence we went into the room to pick up the heater, even if they apologized afterwards. They have this norm.

  The place is neat. I think it’s much more convenient and better than just renting an apartment. The owner is responsive and got in touch right away. I had an economy room first, but since there were problems with the air conditioning, I was immediately transferred to a vacated family room with three beds. the hotel doesn’t have a room, of course, but if you ask for towels and everything else can be replaced. An iron and a hairdryer are provided. I invited friends to visit, there were no problems with the visit. There is always hot water in quantity, as in each room your boiler. There is certainly something to improve. But I think for the center of Sukhum a good budget option.

  I recommend unequivocally. A small room, but with air conditioning, a TV, its own bathroom. Pleasant and unobtrusive service from the owners. She found it on the Internet, and at her own risk made a prepayment for housing in the amount of 100%. All honest, rest assured.
