  The hotel itself is good, the rooms are spacious and modern, BUT it is located amid devastation. The service in the hotel is generally gloomy, the suite does not have enough equipment for tea, they do not do cleaning (it is announced every 2 days), after a request to take out at least garbage from us, they were honored to clean, after which the room stank with ,, sweatshirts, a couple more hours. I asked what kind of smell it was, they told me, well, sprinkle it with a freshener .... I'm just shocked ... a lot more can be written about the discussion. Decide for yourself whether you need a rest in a beautiful hotel but practically in an industrial zone with a terrible service or not.

  We have been resting in this hotel for 2 years. Things are good. Rooms are clean, cleaning after 3 days for 4. The room has everything for convenience. A good double bed, a separate respect for the mattress, you go to bed and relax. The staff is polite, if there is any remark, priteniya is eliminated instantly. I recommend to everyone who needs a budget vacation. The main thing for me when choosing was a beach holiday - 250 meters to the beach, as well as delicious hearty breakfasts that are included in the stay. There is also a transfer and excursion routes at the hotel. If I go next year, I will stay at this hotel. Recommend.

  Quite a decent place. The hotel is new - this is a plus. To the sea 5 minutes walk. The street is a bit noisy from cars. But this is not critical.

We also took lunches and dinners, the average check is 700-900 rubles for two for lunch or dinner, it can be cheaper, depending on what you take. They cook amazingly, tried to go for dinner at a cafe across the road, to a barbecue, did not like the fact that a lot of people smoke there too. The hotel has an elevator, silent, clean. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby downstairs. Each room has a balcony with a mosquito net. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator. There was Wi-Fi in the room, we had a 3rd floor. The sea is across the road, 5 minutes walk. Also near the market, bakery, fruit stall. We even walked from the station for about 15 minutes, not far away, if anyone needs a taxi to the station, the price tag is 150 rubles. We recommend the hotel, if possible we will come again. The disadvantage is that there was no cleaning in 4 days, the garbage was taken out by ourselves so that there was no smell in the room ...

  Rooms are good. But they are cleaned only once every three days. Toiletries were only on arrival, nothing else was given. Beach towels have not been changed in eight days. The foot towels were taken away used with each cleaning and not added. Toilet paper has to be requested all the time. The trash had to be taken out by ourselves. Drinking water only in the cooler on the first floor. Sent the child to fill a bottle of 0.5 ml. and bring her to the room, so she was reprimanded and told to dial from the tap to drink ... The breakfasts included in the price are terrible. The breakfast menu consists of four courses. And that's it !!! Can be swapped. My children refused to eat them. If you don't order lunch or dinner in the morning, you will only eat in other places. The hotel will not feed anything. The sea is nearby, but the beach is not equipped at all. The embankment is killed. It was necessary to stomp to the normal embankment. The place is not picturesque at all. Parking on the street next to the hotel. Not fenced. In general, the hotel is for those who came only to spend the night in a room. All other entertainment is somewhere else.
