::We rested in August 2021, for the capital, the location is satisfactory near the beaches of del mar, the city beach, 2.5 km to the city center, 40 minutes on foot. Liked: - good location - in Sukhum the sea is equally clean everywhere; Did not like: - lack of any ventilation in the rooms and bathrooms; - no extractor hoods in shared kitchens - food smells everywhere; - "cardboard" walls, monstrous audibility; - very crowded when the guest house is full.

::Can't say anything about the hosts of their hospitality. We booked a room, arrived at the place, examined the surroundings and left immediately. I chose this place based on rave reviews. Now I am very interested in who is leaving them. As I understand it, people simply did not see other places to stop in Abkhazia, where immense beautiful beaches, within walking distance of the freshest fruits, cafes, canteens and shops, and the price for the room is much lower !!! The biggest disadvantage is the location of this guest house. Why doesn't anyone write that if you go directly to the sea from there, you run into an industrial zone, you need to go around it to get to the beach. And admire the landscape of rusty iron on the beach. You need to go to the sea through this industrial zone along the highway where cars fly, whoever was in Abkhazia will understand that cars only fly here. There are simply no shops and cafes, fruit stalls within walking distance, you need to get there by transport. There is a small shop in the whole area, you can get drinks and ice cream. Found a cafe on the beach, really wanted to eat at least something after 2 days of travel. The food they brought us was impossible to eat. Despite the fact that we have been in Abkhazia before and have not tasted anything tasty here. As a result, we left for another place in Abkhazia, had a great rest. It is a pity that we have wound so many extra kilometers. For a long time I thought whether to write this review or not. I decided to write for those who have never been to Abkhazia and can make a choice based on reviews. Reviews for this accommodation are completely untrue. As for the guest house itself, I can say that the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, clean. But for so many tourists it is cramped. The pool is small, both children and adults gathered in it in the heat, this is not about swimming and swimming, it's just to sit in the pool, survive the heat. The room where we were settled on the second floor opens onto one kitchen - a dining room with four more rooms. There is no extractor hood in this kitchen, apparently, someone was preparing something with a very pungent smell before our arrival, the smell of this dish filled our room, I suspect, for a long time. The window cannot be opened in the heat, I want to turn on the air conditioner, and I also really wanted to air it. Wherever we previously rested, the room has a separate exit to the street, to the terrace or balcony. I could not even imagine that such an arrangement with access to a shared kitchen, and not to the street, is possible.

::A very welcoming place, and the atmosphere and the owners and the location, everything pleases! We were a family in August 2020, we stayed for 6 days, but in 2021 we will go there for a month! A really great place to stay, clean comfortable rooms, good territory, an excellent warm pool, clear sea, bombing mountains and boxwood forests .... in general, the guest house itself and excursions around Abkhazia will remain in the memory of anyone who visits for a lifetime only ultra positive emotions !!! P.S. And the local draft Sukhumi beer is just a premium TOP !!!
