::This was the most interesting place we saw in Tbilisi. The museum director is a passionate Communist party member. You will need to understand a bit of Russian as he doesn't speak English. You are able to go down and see the real printing machine used by Stalin. The museum is a bit hard to find as it's outside city centre but I highly recommend visiting. The total tour takes only about 10-15 minutes. Try going inside to the director's office as it's full of Soviet memorabilia and looks like a time capsule. The entrance fee is 5 lari. There are no signs outside so we relied on Google maps to find it.

::Twice interesting for those interested in history. At face value, as history of the clandestine communist party. More interesting, given it was rebuilt from scratch in Stalin's times, as the story the communist party wanted to tell, and indeed showed to allí foreign tourists. Today, It exists (which is a lot to say) under the indifference or ignorance of the people. Hands up for the oldtime activists that keep it in place. Russian or georgian explanation.
