  It is incredible that airline that calls itself best airline in Europe and spends a lot of money on advertising all over the city, has one small office, and never seems to get to answer phones. It is as if they only believe it people walking in and face to face communication.

  It's as though they don't even know that phones are supposed to be picked up once in a while. The website is not intuitive at all. Links take you to wrong places, search engine is ridiculous. Getting an award ticket with their Miles&Smiles program is another pain in the ass.

  I've been trying to call them for more than 2 weeks and not even a once anyone picked up the phone!!

  I've been using excellent services of course his office and team since 2012. I don't understand this poor rating as they've been so helpful finding me best rates with least extra charges when I'd decide to enjoy tbilisi for few more days. Everyone is patient and friendly, and speaks multiple languages
