::I’ve got an issue here.. Nobody explains what you need for pick up your documents, how to fill out a forms.. And if you have an issue ( for example you have to send documents-to US Consulate) with documents, us council will reject your case!!! That’s why this office needs a very good representative!!!

::If you're picking up passport from the US Embassy, don't forget to bring a xerox copy of your ID. They don't tell you beforehand and there are NO xerox places nearby.
