  The train to Batumi is not stopping here as said in a comment. Go to the weird station square. And here is no ticket counter at all. And the station looks realy bad with alkoholic people.

  As far as train station goes, it is rather simple to find your way and plenty of good food spots if you need to kill some time prior to arrival
