In TBC ATMs you cannot choose the banknotes you want. In Tbilisi the ATMs had only 5, 10, 20 or 50 GEL banknotes. This one also has 100 GEL banknotes. If you do not want to end up with 100 GEL banknotes, do not withdraw more than 95 GEL. I withdrew 400 GEL and got 4x100 GEL. For some reason it seems to be a huge problem to pay even with 20 GEL in Georgia. They all act like they do not have change. As if 20 GEL was 100 EUR. If you have free ATM withdrawals, I would recommend to always withdraw small amounts (45 GEL max).

There is no support service, they cannot solve the problem with SMS codes for a week, they will have to change the bank to a normal one
