::Very very very bad experience they kicked us out at the middle of the night . The story is we took a two rooms we were four and our first question before chek-in was about the AC they said it’s working. We went out immediately after check in and we came back after midnight and figure out that the AC is not working . Went to the woman in the reception I asked her if she can change our room or get someone to fix the ac she said it’s not her responsibility and she forgot that the ac is not working in that room if you don’t like it just leave....like really? Where would we go at 2AM? She said she’ll call the security we called Emirates embassy and police cause they put us in a bad situation . I wrote all this cause I don’t want anyone to make our mistake .regards

::This is a really nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and very helpful. During my stay, I needed assistance with ordering taxis, scanning documents and even jumping onto their computer at reception to do it. This is quite a compact hotel with stairs to upper floors just behind reception, and a basement dining area for breakfast. Breakfast is quite simple; a choice of cereals, toast, cheese, sausages etc and coffee, tea and some kind of juice. Tasty enough. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable ( well, my room and bed anyway). Some rooms have a balcony with a view over the rear area, which has a nice little swimming pool, with a sitting area and small bar. I’m sure it’s great to spend a few hours there in the warmer months I was there in January). Bathroom was spotless and the shower was hot and with good water pressure. Cleaning was daily and thorough. Parking is a bit random as people will block the entrance to the hotel driveway, and you’ll be stuck forever ( ok, an hour or so probably but annoying) and you’ll be at the mercy of the errant parker. If you have a car, park in the street. Safe enough. I recommend Sani hotel, and will definitely stay there next time I visit Tbilisi.
