  For currency exchange, they asked for some reason: passport, address, phone number. A strange coincidence, but after that SMS spam constantly began to fall on the phone. I can’t say for sure, but it seems that they are very irresponsible to the personal data of clients. I don’t understand why they needed all this information to exchange currency. P.S. Owner Response: Read Article 5.3 carefully. My transaction amount clearly did not exceed the indicated volumes, so there was no need to collect SO MUCH personal data, including a phone number.

  Low level of service, uneducated and inexperienced employees, permanent shortcomings, which they can not correct for hours and blame the customers here ... the lowest level bank in Georgia !! 24 hours of poor quality work 10 work will be of better quality. A person who works in a bank and does not know his name should be written in the order of his father's name, it should be logical that his place in the bank should not be in the 1st grade of school ...!
