  I do like the location of the hotel at the heart of city and I like also the city views from the top floor. The breakfast was great and the facilities were nice. The room cleaning is disappointing and really doesn't meet the five start hotel standards by any chance. The towel that they put after cleaning the room was dirty and have pigment. The coffee cup wasn’t change or clean during the daily cleaning service. Also, the bed blanket has some pigment. I tried calling the front disk at two different times and they didn’t answer neither the call back. Also, they have one person to talk care of the luggage which take time when there are a lot of check in.

  Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The Air Conditioning in the Gym on the 18th floor was broken during the week of my stay and made it feel like I was working out in a sauna. The hotel is still very nice however so ill give it 4 stars.

  Nice place to stay. Has money exchange that is open even midnight. Hotel is quite close to key tourist locations.
