During a personal examination, they enter the office calmly and do their business, for some reason, for consultations besides the doctor, 3 more people are standing above their souls, trying to find out whether to take for a second appointment, taking into account that the doctor first said that there was no appointment, then all the same, the administrator persuades the doctor to take for a second appointment, supposedly someone from the authorities will punish ... This is complete chaos! I don’t mind paying for the appointment, you just can initially announce the amount of services in order to know what to count on. How is the question resolved, whether to take for a consultation or not? And on the plus side, the annoying behavior of the administrator who accompanies everywhere and seems to be afraid that I will not pay and run away ... There are no complaints about the doctor, but something needs to be done with the staff. This is still a serious medical organization, not a bazaar.
