  It took 40 minutes to prepare our order after we were told it would take 10 minutes, and we almost missed our tour bus because of them. Every time we asked the staff about it they said "2 more minutes" till we had to leave with half our order still not done. It was absolutely not worth it at the end since the food was bad.

  Food is delicious, fresh and good quality. Reasonably priced and big portions. Beware of 2 GEL "service fee". And the staff is a bit unfriendly, looking at customers like they were enemies :D

  Extremely foul service, which ruined the actually fine food here. We tried to change to an empty corner seat (before ordering) as it was too cramped in the centre aisle. Were waved off rudely with "No it's reserved!" repeatedly and loudly, which obviously was not the case, as no one else sat there till we left late. Forgot our drinks as well. My change was slammed on the counter without a thanks or without even looking at us. We've had impeccable hospitality in this country, and this was the direct opposite. We weren't expecting tip top service, but this nastiness was totally uncalled for. Sad to see they treat locals and tourists unnecessarily differently. Worst 25 gel spent in Tbilisi.
