::Love love love this place! The hotel and restaurant staff are just phenomenal, the views breathtaking, the rooms well appointed, and the food simply delicious. And Ana, the restaurant manager, knows her wine and is so incredibly nice and helpful! She introduced us to some excellent wines exclusive to the hotel - wish i could take a few cases back to NY. The hotel also has a very cozy pool and spa with awesome views of the Alazani Valley, which we used daily. This was our 2nd stay here, and we cant wait to come back soon!

::Hotel in a great location, lovely views from the room. We didnβt use the spa or pool. TV only for Russian speakers. Breakfast was poor. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly

::On our first hour in the hotel we stocked in the elevator and pressed the alarm button so many times and it was super scary and we almost fainted and we had dizziness!! And those long few minutes nobody came and try to fix and calm us down even the hotel is totally empty!!. We are disappointed from the stuff behavior
