  Fabulous place to stay. Once you know where the places are you can walk to a majority of attractions, if your walkers. Taxis are everywhere so easy to go from place to place. A very clean hotel. The host is so friendly. He picked us up from the airport. He extended his kindness to offering trips, or anything that we needed for our stay.

  Приятное уютное место. Дружелюбные хозяева. Чисто, тихо, близко к центру.

  Отель прислал письмо счастья за 3 дня до приезда, что не может нас принять, и это был проплаченный номер. Ну так себе удовольствие. Не знаю какие там удобства, но вот такие вещи полностью ставят в тупик. Порушились все планы.

  Брали средний номер на 7 дней. Все супер, очень довольны,посоветуем это место друзьям. Метро и магазин близко, а главное, в любую точку старого Тбилиси максимум пешком 30 минут. Валерий, спасибо Вам!

  To be honest, this apartment-hotel was so amazing during our stay. Stayed 4 nights and the experience was so good that I could not say anything negative about this place. Room rates are very affordable and is something worth of. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped room where you feel being home. Supermarket are 3-5mins walk (Elektromix & Fresco) that everything you could look for are available. Metro subway is 5-8mins walk away and nearby places are affordable restaurants. Valerie, the hotel owner, was very accommodating that he even provided a city map and pin the places we should see around. He was available 24/7 if you need to ask something about your trip and that was so helpful. Definitely two thumbs up for this place.
