::WORST!!! i was forced to stay here because of covid quarantine. the management is worst. they treat you as they doing a favour on you. rude people. AC does not work, WIFI does not work. and they also scammed my insurance company for more than 5X the actual price of stay

::Just booked accidentally without knowing the fact that the hotel was 14 km away from city centre .disrespectful and arrogant staff..while checking out they were complaining of a missing hair dryer. At first instance we didnt spot a hair dryer and now they have started saying hair dryer is missing and not processing our check out. We informed that if they require they can call the police and check our bags but if they dont find one ,they would need to reimburse our ticket amount in case we miss the flight because of their haste. Total humiliation. As a person who travels a lot for business, this is the first experience in my history of travel...will never recommend this. Pls never ever book this hotel..only person who was good was the bar tenders named saul and Irakali..rest of the team doesn't have a clue what guest relation is...will never return..such a disgrace...
