::It might be rated as the worst experience I ever have! 1. I entered the room, seemed like all was okay... Then I went to the bathroom to take a shower, there was hair literally every where... And nobody helped me to solve the problem! I had to sleep without taking a shower. 2. They recommended us a PCR taking medical company, told that the result would be ready in 24 hours maximum but we most probably would have it in 5-6 hours. Guess what?? No result even after 28 hours and I missed my flight and the hotel DID NOT HELP AT all when I was begging them for a help (As PCR was managed by the hotel!) They even were extremely rude that we asked for a help! Nobody cared at all... WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!
