  Nice, calm and stylish small hostel with a homely feel. We loved Pinn.

  Nice staff, nice interior and great location. However it is on the ground floor and has no air conditioning.

  Dear google users, I'm a solo traveler from Thailand who booked this hostel for 2 nights and made sure before booking that credit card is accepted. When I arrived late at night, before I used the room, we agreed to pay. Upon payment by credit card, the male staff asked for PIN code which does not exist in Thai credit card, we only use signature regardless of the amount of money. I explained them that other hotels, supermarket and airport shop accepted my credit card without PIN, it has been used uneventfully in Georgia for 5 days, only one hotel encountered PIN issue but they helped me fix the problem. However, the staff didn't want to find any solution for credit card, he offered me to pay by money transfer or cash, which was not practical at that time. I insisted I wanted to pay by credit card and they, as a merchant who declared that they accept payment by credit card should manage or do something, like other places did without hesitation. They still refused to take any action and even threatened me that if I didn't agree to pay by cash or money transfer, I had to leave, and ended up dragging my luggages out of the room. I was not able to stay in the place with such unhelpful and rude staff, treating customer without dignity like that. So I left and found other hostel late at night. Interestingly, the new hostel knew how to deal with my credit card smoothly and politely, ofcourse without PIN requested. I informed Hostel Pinn on their facebook page. Instead of showing apology to my terribly neglected experience from them or any positive comment to improve the situation. They chose to argue online with their arrogance of their plentifully positive reviews, and complaining of my unprepared money practice. I answered to clarify and reconfirm that my credit card absolutely works without PIN and if I truly need money I know how to get it. The matter of a problem was their negligent and unhelpful mindset with disrespectful action to their customer. Subsequently they deleted my post and all related comments blaming them, the review score which were dropped from newly negative reviews was also removed in less than 24 hours, indicating how arrogant, unrealistic and narrow-minded they are. All in all, I'm posting here to warn everyone of their negligent, arrogant, ignorant, irresponsible and unprofessional staff from my experience. Think twice before you book, the place may look nice, but if money issue or anything becomes problematic. You might be treated like me. Thank you P.Engsusophon

  Great service, always someone here. Super helpful too. Building was clean and neat
