  Past glory, the building is falling apart. Originates from 1892, it does have a cute old charm with red folding chairs. The first impression was this too, until the shower holder came off the wall, the bed fell through, I turned out to be the only one in the massive building and was constantly stared at by the three old ladies who manage the building. Experiencing that as unpleasant. I have experienced it more often later, the only striking thing is that of backpackers. They showed the kitchen, also from the years ... But I was not allowed to grab a bowl for my yogurt? I later got the impression that it was for my own use. Huge hassle with filling in all kinds of papers on arrival. For those who have few requirements and want to stay cheap it is fine. Do take a room with your own shower, because otherwise you have to make a whole trip into the cores of the building. It was quite a long walk with backpack v.a. the marsroutka.

  You must be so blessed to stay overnight in this Persian historical monument in Borjomi. I enjoyed the food there. Prices are normal. Also the place is clean

  Very nice hostel in old sowjet sanatorium. Simple but clean, very central and cheap. Run by 3 lovely old ladies.
