::Nice staff and nice rooms. Wait with wine and chacha for you as welcome. Very quiet location between old Town and harbour/Beach area. Nice restaurants around. A little hard to find as it's in the middle of some houses. From border you can just take taxi to arrive in from sarp. It should cost about 20 to 30 gel. You should compare price and what you get. We saw lots of other locations which were not so good. Of course it's no Hilton but you get definitely what you pay for.
