  It was our good decision to use gtm plaza as it was near to market and metro. The staff and rooms were very good all they can improve is to add halal food in breakfast amd some varieties.

  Hotel situated in good location and good view from top floor restaurant , Carrefour is the main attractions walkable distance only. Internet not stable and range also less. Hot water is not available all the times and not that much hot also.rooms are comfortable but staffs are not suitable for hospitality( no smile). Drinking water not available in rooms,in toilet hand spay is missing this is very difficult to manage for other nationalities. Kettle is available but coffee /tea bags are missing. Bell boy is available sometimes and you can't expect his assistance.

  Overlooking the river Kura the hotel is a pretty good one. Cheerful staff and very clean. The breakfast over there and the people are very nice. Had bit of a confusion with the receptionist who sits in the morning but the stay as very comfortable and pleasant. Not too far from the airport and a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.. Our mornings overlooking the river was the best part.

  The hotel has a wonderful view of the river. The rooms are neat. Very good housekeeping staff. The breakfast is also very nice. The receptionist during the day not at all friendly and hospitality is very poor. Also the bellboy is very poor at hospitality. Apart from these the rest of the things are very good.
