::At this point I was on vacation, the weather was not very nice. Rooms for 12 people were booked by booking. When we arrived at this place, none of the rooms had electricity, it was cold and dark. The rooms had ferelkach and an air conditioner that did not work in heating mode. The owner asked for help did not know how to operate the air conditioning. When we returned after a few hours the electricity was in the rooms, but it was still cold. The owner demanded money. The next morning we went to breakfast although to be honest I would not call it breakfast. We all died of fat. Then we went to explore the city, we returned in the evening. The owner demanded money again. After paying for the rooms there was no more water, and the owner blamed us for saying that we poured too much water bathing, even though we were away all day. convinced that the owner turned off the water specially. At the airport in Kutaisi they do not accept a ticket on the phone so we asked for printing, the owner ordered 1 lara from one boarding pass. I will add that there is no water in the toilet flush and you need to pour from the shower, but also at this step is important no other water is flushing to the flush only so the water in the toilet is heated. Everywhere something leaks so water is everywhere. One toilet it is completely absurd because there is a shower tap above the sink, there is a drain in the floor, and a toilet nearby so you can brush, brush your teeth and sit on the toilet. The owner is not nice and the room is loud because you can hear everything from the street. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I came back from there sick although I was 2 nights.
