    Who taught you queue management? When sending stuff requires 15-20min per person but receiving tops at 5mins you need to have different queues for fast and slow operations. Making me wait 45mins to take my 1.5$ ali stuff won't make me pay 5gel per small packet for courier delivery, it'll make me switch to taobao and private transporter companies. Pros: actually get my stuff after they done flirting with that dirty granpa.
