  The staff speak adequate English and are sufficiently courteous. Those are the only pros. The air conditioning does not function and the management does not fix it. There are long waits and around 4 chairs. Standing and Waiting for your turn in the heat with few unhappy customers shouting at the staff is not a great experience.

  Would have been good if they asked customers for their needs and expectations. Usually wait line takes 30 mins to 1 hr during rush hours.
