  The hotel is outdated and needs refurbishment. When we checked in the hallways were extremely humid and rooms were hot because ACs were off. Some reception staff are helpful and friendly and others need training on better customer service.

  Nasty treatement. We reserved rooms on the phone, and when we arrived at hotel, we were told 2 beds reserved in one room which was not the case. Price doubled for 2 rooms. We were 2 people, and reservation was made car audio, and my friend also witnessed. Instead of fixing situation we were blamed that we were organized for this. Budget still was ok but we quit! The reciptienist was very polite and sorry for the situation, which exeeded his position, made a phone call in Georgian and the nasty idea "prepared for this" came over the phone, I am very sure.

  I’m here for honeymoon, this hotel is one of the best, very clean and good location, I recommend this hotel, you will enjoy staying there😍

  Perfect location, clean, good gym and sauna. For your information they have got private parking area and its good if you traveling by car!
