  Even interior is rebuild, the overall experience is bad. Prices are touristic trap, iron handle on the saunas glass door will burn ur hand (should be made of wood), complete lack of bath traditions understanding by staff. Tea for drinkink has been brought in first 15 minutes of bathing, whereas it should be served after all. Finaly once we timely left the room, and was enjoying our tea, staf kicked us - "we are closed !" Somebody just put a lot of investment in renovating, but they miss the whole idea of how it works.

  Well upon arrival today the youngsters who are on the front desk are terdible. If there's a queue and 2 people behind a desk why not both serve, mmm logical, oh and a smile and warm welcome is always great! I then had to wait to get to the room, being told by the sour faced teenager at the desk. I had to ask when, how things workedre scdub, timing etc. because none of that information was provided. I gkt to the room, sat, sat, no scrub person showed. I had to call twice. The woman who eventually turned up and did the scrub was amazing! So the 2 stars are for her and the decor of the place, not for the youngsters who they have running the shenanigans! Then had another sour faced youngster knock on the door to tell me I had gone over time, hmm SORRY you're venue is running way behind. She was a snotty little, yep! No customer service and lack of people skills. Also there was a plaster on the floor obviously from a previkus customer which the venue hadn't cleaned up properly, gross! I would NOT come to this hole or recommend it! I'm annoyed I payed money to venture here. You have been warned!

  Best baths considering price and quality. Reorganized couple months ago. Best location easy to find

  Very nice baths but stuff is incredibly rude. Moreover, our bath time was only 45 min instead of 1 hour with no explanation given

  Best bath ever! Absolutely amazing. Beautiful and clean, great service, price list is very clear and good pricing! 1-2person private bath room costs 40lari! Spanish Massage was insanely good. Must try! We came back twice in a row.
