::Poor Service. When you visit place time by time and service is sometimes good (not excellent) and sometimes poor, it means there is no good service. Quality of food is somewhat normal. You can find a lot around much more better. As in many restaurants quality and cleanliness of restrooms need to be improved much. Try, maybe you will be more lucky.
