  There is no room to stay in, it’s hard especially in cold weather. Restrooms weren’t clean at all🚽

  Main place to take marsrutka to Telavi.. in lonely planet is this the station Ortachala.

  Lot's of poor people begging here, there is no information center and hardly someone can speak English, you will have problem here

  Quite normal and polite, there was not a case that the staff didn't answer calls on working days or refused to provide info
