  I reserved the room for one night on weekends for a five days before. The person I’ve booked the room called me and canceled the reservation a day before, when all hotels were packed and crowded. So, I got in situation when I have to go to Borjomi, but I don’t have a room. Completely preposterous and extremely malicious situation. Very frustrated. I don’t recommend to book this hotel.
