  It is an upscale restaurant with a nice view of the fortress and old city of Tbilisi. Pricy, but I recommend the outdoor seating if it's not too cold, quiet, peaceful environment.

  Great selection of afternoon bites and wine. Spectacular views with lovely shaded cabanas and attentive staff. I'm sure the place will become popular in the evening.
