::I visited this place twice. 1st day to pickup free supplies for mailing. The next day I arrived at 1030 hours and it appeared closed. I walked outside and saw hours and went back in. They were open but running air conditioning. The office has two wooden doors no windows or signage stating open. A number of the ladies speak some international language. They were helpful and it was a pleasant experience. When you walk in there is a number machine on the right. Push the touch screen hard for your number. Yes you have to get a number even if you are the only person and two windows are free.
