::We rented a car and because they forced us to leave the car quickly we forgot our umbrella in it. The day after we tried to get it back but the car was already rented again. So they said they couldn't do anything even not sending our umbrella back. Unfriendly service. Furthermore, the GPS system we rented really sucks and wasn't even updated with the roads they built two years ago. Bad service and bad equipement wouldn't recommend this.

::The staff is super helpful and professional. The day before I pick up the car, they sent message to inform me that my booking car model was not available and upgraded to another car model. They arranged pick up and drop off process efficiency. I will definitely to choose Avis when I visit Georgia again.

::The car we got initially was an upgrade but only because the booked class was not available. The front lights were out of order (!) and the tyres were so used it would have been suicidal to take Georgian roads with them. We lost half a day to get a replacement which was okay but the Avis promise of "always new cars" is a bad joke. That Land Cruiser must have been at least 10 years old. How can an international brand like Avis treat international customers this way? We chose Avis as we were expecting high standards in a foreign and remote place. We would have been better off with a local rental car at half the price. A positive note for the lady at the central office who was very friendly and did her best to help us out in the end.

::It's ok, rental in good condition, but with some flaws and the service is very dehumanized. Quite expensive as well.
