::1. Almost impossible to regulate hot & cold water; 2. Ventilation in toilet does not work, 3. Bathroom was clean but tiles sticking out in shower 🤣🤣🤣 4. No sound insulation at all, you here who is walking in corridor, all passing by cars.... & worst in middle of night you here snore from neighbour room 🤣🤣🤣🤣 5. No parking in **** hotel 😂😂😂😂😂 Rest: location * Staff *** Price ** Bed & linen very good **** Noise Level 🤮🤮🤮 Breakfast **

::Really beautiful hotel and great location but the best thing is the staff.... There was an issue with my booking and they got me another room in a different hotel while they fixed the issue at no extra cost!! Can't recommend this place enough... Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Batumi!!

::I recommend this hotel anyone. It is not too far away from the main attractions. Conveniently located. Clean rooms. Not pricey. Good staff. Open buffet breakfast. It could be much better if the service starts a bit earlier.
