  For my first visit 2 weeks ago, I called the host 2 days earlier and booked the room. When I arrived, room was not properly cleaned, linens were grey color and smelled sweat, toilet was not cleaned, and toilet basket was not emptied. The room had no proper curtains, smelled dump, was full of insects. In the bathroom, sink had no shelf so I had to put my toothbrush on the sink. Shower had no proper holder. During washing water was spilling on the floor and there was no any mop to clean it. Water shortage was also a problem, during 2 nights stay I could take shower only once in exact time.Wether in Kvareli was rather hot 35 degrees and humid and room had no air conditionioner. Window was looking to the neighbours yard where neighbours were walking and talking from early morning. Also room was on the first floor and every step from the second floor was heard. Had no lump or socket near the the bed. But the worst matter was the host. She insisted to shut the door at 9 p.m. and was talking arrogantly and seemed that she had problems with memory. As a business traveller I had to visit Kvareli 2 weeks after my first stay. As far as it was late 11pm, I went to the same GH and asked to stay. The host started shouting that I had to call her earlier. I tried to calm her and told thet if she didn't have prepared linens I had my own with myself. She answered that it was not acceptable. I told that I wanted to leave the house. Only 2 things were good location and yard. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE. FOR THE PRICE 20 EURO YOU CAN FIND BETTER ATTITUDE IN THE NICE CITY OF KVARELI.
