  Terrible! Very dirty. The plumbing didn't work. The smell of dampness. Very dirty and shabby bedding. No soundproofing. You can hear everything that happens on the floor above. "Kind" hostesses left earplugs in the room. Hostel level for the price of a decent hotel. I advise the founder of which institution to get out over the hill at least once and see how to run a hotel business!

  Cozy place! Simple, but very soulful. Several sights such as the New Athos Monastery, the fortress and the waterfall are nearby. Sea - 5 minutes! There is everything you need for sleep, hygiene, a great morning) Nice and calm. There are several cafes and canteens right in front of the windows where you can have a tasty and inexpensive meal.

  We wandered around N. Afon, looking for a place to live. We went through a few. When they found this place, they just exhaled. They took it without bargaining and did not regret it. This is such a good Nepali style. Relatively large area, cozy rooms with a good shared balcony (tree). Swing, benches on the territory. Everything is ennobled and cozy. Shared kitchen. There are separate houses, but we did not live in them. Everything is matched by color (olive, gray, brown - combined). One feels that it is done with a soul. Such a mini resort.

  We are guests here and we like everything here. Lovely cozy house. Everything is very close. And we are very happy with this choice!
