The waiting area is comfortable, the staff is well trained and they stay on schedule to ensure applications are submitted promptly as appointed. It is also VERY convenient that no printed or digital photographs are required and you can take your photo right at the center.

::I have used the TSLcontact center in Tbilisi quite a few times over the last few years for obtaining new passports, birth registrations and visas for me and my family. I have never had reason to complain about anything. The services they provide are quick, easy and efficient. As for the personnel who work there, I have always found them extremely polite and very helpful from the security guards and reception to the administrators. Appointments are well managed and I have never had to wait very long before being seen. Overall an A+ service and facility.
