  The worst online service ever , my message on application haven’t read by anyone and already 6 days passed, and had the same experience before, they answered super late and the answer was with questions that I have already clarify on first message, calling the English operator is just for funny, because no one will answer, I tried to talk with Georgian , and spent 20 minutes every call with zero benefit , i was thinking too much before I write this review, and im ready to give all the evidence of this bad service. Operators are trained to ask about phone number and passport numbers or last 4 digits of card and say we will call back soon . And no one call back . Online services must be reviewed again and again , My request was super simple that i just wanted bank statement. And i went through this complicated issue since one week and till now i have talk with around 12 operators and got zero benefit . As well i was calling from overseas and spent more than 25 $ for super simple request and didn’t get it .

  I am the foreign customer of TBC Bank since last few years and all these days I feel safe for my business and personal accounts in this bank and really appreciate the policy TBC Bank following for their international customers to secure their account in their database.   I confirmed by phone yesterday the conversation of which published to YouTube now for the public now for the public to see that this, my USA bank not SEEING 5 attempts in 2 days to run the USA bank card on TBC Bank terminals at NeoPharmacy, RadioCafe, SPAR Grocery store, DeGusti Cafe #6, or another Grocery store 2 doors over from DeGusti Cafe #6. My American bank card will not work on any TBC bank card terminals here now and hasn't for the last couple of days however this problem has been going on off and on for months now I absolutely do not recommend TBC Bank. the fact that many businesses in Tbilisi use them has caused me and staff, Clerks, and employees of many businesses here untold of many hassles, and unreal amounts of wasted time on tbc bank product and services. I recommend no one use TBC bank. UPDATE - August 21, 2020 the Wood & Huston USA Bank Card works FIRST TIME on ALL bank card terminals, and ATM's first try, without fail last few days. Neopharmacy stated TBC bank replaced their terminal with a new one. So far the problem is solved.

  TBC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BETTER THAN BOG but I use because I can't insert money by machine. But BOG is okey. Somehow my focus on here is the beauty of building under Christmas decoration. I walk through here and the shape of night was Fantastic.

  Worst customer experience ever
