  They moved ATM machines outside of the building where the sun reflects on the screen and visibility is poor. Wish they kept them indoors.

  Desks where they serve clients are not cleaned, dust is visible. Considering the times we live in this is unacceptable (pandemic), as well as clients visiting who lie against the counter touching everything around without a single thought.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Very few speaking English, and the ones that did, did not desire to help. Had to pay for a service in cash - which I think is really weird in a bank! And they also did not have USD in the ATM, which meant I had to exchange to GEL from USD, and then exchange BACK TO USD - double exchange !! And this was establishing a STATUS card! In addition, two days later I went to pick up my bank card, and asked how the online banking worked at the end. And she hurriedly said that I fix that online with the card. And it didn’t work, even though I filled in every field correctly! Called customer service on the phone (which is supposed to be better than visiting the branch), and EVERY TIME when I push 7 to speak to someone in English, they take the phone, and say they can’t speak English, and someone will call me back in 5 mins or 60 mins. They have NEVER called me back once. Called them a total of 5 times now. I hope to find a better bank, and if I do, I will never do business with TBC bank again.

  Very beautiful stuff and very responsive. Like this branch
