::On my first day opened up my account. After two days my card. Unfortunately forgotten my Passport but had my national card. A very unfriendly person sad no. I won't use the bank anymore

::I've opened my account here. I like tbc bank in general, but the lady who speaks English (at the last counter) did some mistake. She wrote my surname wrong so I asked her to change it, but she wrote it again wrong and now that's what I have in my account, then I asked to don't add insurence but I've discovered she did it.

::Today my son and I were in the queue in the bank for 30 mins! Only 2 managers from 5 were working, the rest of the tills were empty! My son wanted to go to the toilet and no one allowed him to go to the toilet!!!! It was terrible because I had to leave the queue and run around and search for the toilet for my child to go to! It is unacceptable that there are no toilets for clients and no toilets for kids in the branch especially if the queues are always so long!!!!
