  We rented a Prius 3 car for 3 days. For that money what we payed it was not bad, but: According the emails, we agreed in the full-full gasoline policy, but when we get the car, we only get a 20%, instead of the 100%. The car had an active ESP error, which is a safety relevant issue, so from that it can be see that the company is typical local renting company.... In the mail they said it is possible to pay with CreditCard, in the reality only cash (eur, or lari) was accept. There are no "existing car damage" datasheet, so you can not check, which damages was made by you, or not. There are no clear rules which car can be used where. (For Example in Iceland there are clear rules that it you go such a Road which is a 3digit long Road, than your rented car insurance not available anymore in the case of the accidents.) We went to Mestia, according the Google maps in that village there are a concrate Road. In the reality there was construction work on the Road at two area, so there were lot of mag, instead of the concrate road, that is fact. On a normal concrate road area we hit a rock (it was heigher like the ground clearance of the car) and off course according the car renting company it was our fault and we get an extra 50 EUR penalty for parts, which will never fix in the reality. After the trip they send in email a fake URL to Google, and they ask feedback. I only can hope, that it was only a mistake, but we all know that it wasn't. Not recommended the company/ 4x4 wheel drive recommend to Georgia.

  I rented a small car from them for my five-day trip through Georgia, and it was the best experience ever. Their customer service exceeds all expectations: they are fast, efficient, incredibly flexible and friendly. When I had trouble on the road, due to an unexpected snow storm, they answered my message literally within seconds! I have never had such a high level of commitment from any of the large international car rental agencies. On top of this, their prices are really competitive and my little Suzuki rental car was fun and easy to drive, all the way up to Stepantsminda. I am so glad I gave Star a try! Top marks!!

  Pick-up in Batumi and drop of in Tbilisi was perfect and the car was as promised and in very good condition. I would recommend a diesel to all driving around in Georgia since the engine has more power than a gasoline engine. Mitsubishi iO:s are just too heavy compared to engine power they have and you can see them crawling uphill at 60 km per hour... At mountainous areas 1.8 gasoline engine is not just enough to manage. I had a KIA, and it was perfect.Highly recommended service and I am going to use it again for sure in Georgia.

  We had Nissan X-trail, right hand drive (very common in Georgia), automatic for one week. Car was in the great condition, reliable and easy to drive. I can recommend Star to everyone who is looking for excellent customer service and minimum paperwork. Star employees are very friendly and helpful and all speak excellent English.
