The waitress took the order, as if we had "come to her house to eat for free" 😁 They brought water immediately, they carried coffee for 25 minutes, no one said anything, my wife approached the waiter, immediately started to fuss, waited for some more dish, a fruit plate, did not wait, as a result, I had to go again and ask for the bill without missing dishes. A kebab made from anything but pork neck. Over-salted and peppered, the large chunk was undercooked. Shawarma is not tasty. Thanks to the young waitress for alleviating this situation a little.

When we saw the bill at the end of our evening, we decided to clarify the composition of the dishes and the weight, since our Instagram life has taught us to shoot everything on the phone. How could you spoil lamb, I do not understand at all? You yourself are not ashamed to give such a dish? Your place is in the dining room, but not in the restaurant. Now for the institution itself. The interior is modern and clean, but this is if you do not go into the ladies' room. The doors in the booths do not close, the locks are broken, paper and napkins stick out like a mountain from the urns. But they are still 100 years away from the usual cleanliness and restaurant level. Further more, after the publication of the review on Instagram, the allegedly "director" of this institution persistently wrote to me, as it turned out, this person had nothing to do with the restaurant, asked to remove the review, said that he had fired the cook and the waitress in line. But you need to understand, Sukhumi is a small city, although it is a capital, the population is only 250 thousand people, together with the region and their relatives work everywhere, and no one will fire anyone if they have not fired until now, because bad reviews (for example, on Yandex.ru ) for over a year now, and all the complaints are about the same. This is lazy Abkhazia, we want to live well, but we will not do anything for this

Very expensive compared to other establishments in the neighborhood, (cafes next door DEM is delicious there and the prices are decent). One waiter works, and you have to wait until your turn comes to you, does not do his job correctly: she took the order, did not write down what we ordered, came up and asked for our order. Ordered: cappuccino coffee (I liked it very tasty), pizza 4iz5, also ordered mutton on the bone (not tasty, "goat meat smell", the meat is generally not tasty).
