  Forget the ‘basic’ decor! A warm grandmotherly lady greeted and served us. I had the garlic chicken in milk/yogurt (I can’t remember exactly), which was out of this world...others in my party had fried pork with onions, cheese khinkali, standard cucumber, onion, tomato salad - which were all very good. Menu a little limited to basic Georgian, but hey, you can’t get more authentic than this.

  Mediocre food, run-down and slightly dirty establishment. One dish was served burnt, but with apologies for it being burnt

  The best dinner I had in Georgia. Absolutely tasty. And very friendly waitresses.

  First thing first, I didn’t dined here. The reason was - there is a guy chasing me for parking fee right in front of the restaurant. He shouted “five Lari five Lari” in a rather rude manner. When I drove down the street a bit he followed and claimed that he still owns the place. So I had to give up. I am hoping this review can raise attention to the restaurant owner. It will be great if you could communicate with the parking dude to have some arrangement for guests, and maybe remind him to be a bit more polite. Thanks a lot.

  The restaurant is easy to miss, as only it's entrance is visible from the street. Stairs lead down to the premises, hence you are isolated from the outside noise and crowds. The food was really tasty, the prices reasonable. Good service. Recommended.
