  Truly horrible. Arrived 4:30 am after long flight and asked if I could check in early as an accommodation. “Lady” at front desk first stated that hotel was completely booked - which I don’t believe for a moment - but whatever... it is hypothetically possible that she was telling the truth. BUT she went beyond that and said that even if a room opened and become fully cleaned and available later morning (not right then), she would still bill me for a half day. Why? Because “what if everyone else started to arrive early?” I travel the world for business and there is no doubt that Hyatt and Sheraton have better facilities and are much more flexible and kind to weary corporate stiffs like me. Not once have I been given a hard time receiving a room a few hours early if one happens to open up. Here at the Radisson Blu Tbilisi the communist mentality lives on. Bleech.
