  Это не больница, а сборище аферистов. Мы граждане Грузии и наши дети тоже. Экстренное детское медицинское обслуживание у нас бесплатное. Нам пришлось обратиться в эту клинику с полуторагодовалой племянницей . У ребёнка была температура 39,6 всю ночь. Утром мы поехали в эту больницу. Начнём с того, что мы ожидали очереди полтора часа, только на открытие карты. Потом мне вскользь сказали фразу: « После диагноза - мы выставим счёт». Я спросила, на каком этапе я узнаю, что мне вдруг надо платить. Я не хочу платить за то, что должна получить по гос.страховке. Мне ответили, что на основании диагноза нам выставят счёт. Я разнесла их в пух и прах, сказала что ни копейки не заплачу. На мои возражения, они заявили, что это , оказывается, частная клиника, хотя у них даже сайта нет, и обслуживание на нуле. И даже если так, то частники сразу предоставляют прайс-лист . ЛЮДИ, ЕСЛИ ЕСТЬ ВЫБОР, ПОЕЗЖАЙТЕ В ДРУГУЮ БОЛЬНИЦУ. Они даже ковид пациентов платно принимают. Ужас… В итоге, мы не получили медицинской помощи и ушли с больным ребёнком домой.

  I have nothing to say good about this hospital... 1. Very dirty rooms, especially bathrooms 2. No hot water... Even in winter tap water coming cold 3. Non qualified doctors... (I went for the same disease twice for my toddler And they could not diagnose.) Only thing they know is blood transfusion method. Whatever disease u have they think this is a cure. Anyway.... 4. Terrible location and noisy place 5. It takes half hour just to enter the emergency because of a lot of paperwork.... 6. No air-conditioning in summer... 7.No playing room for children.... 8. Very rude personal.. they don't know how to speak with a patient.. 8. Tipical soviet hospital... Don't suggest anyone to go; especially foreigners...

  In the beginning I will say that everyone I did not ask anyone called this hospital as Ankisa. For some reason in Batumi it is so called. But on the Google map this name does not come out so keep this in mind. Service is ok. We got a good pediatrician Khatia. A very good person. In Russian communicates normally. If without insurance it is very expensive. We had a baby poisoning. It cost 215 GEL. And there was a stray cat scratched a child's hand should have been given a second vaccination. In Mtskheta, we were given an injection for the first 30 GEL and without consultation. Here there was a injection for 36 GEL and another consultation for 60 GEL took place, although the doctor did not say anything special. In short, children are better off doing insurance. And so the staff is nice. Only not everyone speaks Russian.
