  It took them to give menu in 20 minutes and even though called them several times,nobody approached or took and order. After 30 mins I left.at the same time other customers were complaining as well

  Ordered 5 mushroom khinkali along with bunch of other things to go. 1 of the khinkali turned out to be a meet one in the box. Disappointed I called the place and the lady that answered me told that it wasn't her fault but the kitchen made a mistake :/ The person had no intention of solving the problem, instead I was told that mistakes happen and I should not worry about it. Only got a forceful sorry after I pressed her that this type of service is unacceptable and that I would discontinue being their customer. Feeling disrespected... I was told that the khinkali here is usually good here but today it felt like the meet was a little undercooked. Could just be an amateur cook in the kitchen, but this does not pardon their service!

  Sometimes we have to visit this restaurant for a snack but, frankly speaking, we do not like it. It is located on a very unpleasant place of the avenue. In the restaurant itself it is always very dark, boring and extremely no fun. There are always very few people (which does not please me at all). Although some dishes are delicious, the service staff is friendly and the prices are not bad.
