  We Went there about 6pm and were told we could not sit outside at the tables! Which is very strange as it is not raining and a its a warm evening and the tables are set up and have the salt and pepper shakers etc on the tables as wel! The Staff first said yes we could but there was this very angry, rude looking man standing behind the staff with a fancy white shirt and bald head, and he was much older than the staff, he was obviously the manager or owner! He told us quite rudely no. So after a couple of minutes we decided to leave, we were not going to sit inside a restaurant where they have rude man staring at you the whole time. Whoever this guy is he should not be in the business, and if he is just staff should be fired. He obviously has no idea about customer service or caring if the restaurant makes money or not! This restaurant is a great chain restaurant in general, but skip this branch because no one needs that experience and the main reason to go here is the beer garden. Just skip this place honestly... Go to a different Branch.

  Prices aren't equal to quality. Food is not bad, but not good as well. Environment isn't the best so far. Stuff was rude as well.
