::Never stay in this hotel if you have children. We booked 3 rooms however since the flight was at 4 pm we requested a 1 hour late checkout as we had an infant and 2 kids. We were refused point blank. The receptionist Nino was rude and with an attitude.

::I've been there for 7 days, the good is very good and the service as well. the hotel is clean and quiet . but it is far from the old city. it wasn't a problem for us. we used the metro. it's 500 m far from the metro station Vertekeli. I recommend it

::Clean and tidy hotel but very small rooms. Halal food variety is limited. Slightly far from the mid town but there is always taxis around and you can reach anyehere in 10 minutes. Around 15 minutes from the airport.

::Hotel is not clean with a very bad view .. In the beginning, we complained about having ants in our room, and after calling the reception many times, we waited for hours but no one came & we spent the whole night awake. Another incident occurred, We arrived on the first day to the hotel late after a very tired traveling day. we did the check-in and asked for anyone in the hotel to carry our bags with a trolley, the recipient told us that we are late and they are not providing such service at night !!!! i was with my wife, my son (3 years old) & 5 bags. i had to carry the bags myself to the room .. this is really shame for a hotel marked as 4 Starts
