  Average place to live for a family not more rhan a week...centrally located in Tbilisi...It was a bit hard to find rhe location as the actual entrance is in front side....the visibility of Direction sign is poor...Good thing is that 24 hrs Super market and medical shop is just around. The terrace view is outstanding making it an above average hotel in Tbilisi

  penthouse style hotel on top floors of high building in town center next to subway station - really big and clean rooms - excellent big comfy beds - amazing view from some rooms and from hotel's terrace - no breakfast - two negative points: 1) sound of building's elevator can be heard through walls however it is not too loud - 2) we were given a room with a really fouly odour coming from the bathroom - because of late arrival we asked for a new room only the next day - we did not understand why a room smelling that badly was rented out - management did not seem to feel very guilty about this however offered a room change instantly
