::Staff is super helpful and friendly. Location is great. Price is very reasonable. It is not a glitzy, luxury place if that is what you want. If you want hospitable, real people and the real Batumi, then is is for you.

::Excellent service and great hotel rooms for its price. Everything you need was inside: air conditioner, fridge and even slippers. There's a rooftop bar whete the parties are being held after 11 PM. Also every morning as a part of breakfast we were offered a shot of Chacha to prevent Coronavirus. Would recommend this place to all my friends traveling to Batumi!

::This hote is old, really really old! We stayed at this hotel for the new years and it was one of the worst experiences we ever had at a hotel! The room smelled, the mattress terribly sank in the middle, bed was squeky, water drippig from the bathroom ceiling, very weak wifi...There are lots of great hotels in the same area within a similar price range. So don't waste your money to a room where you can't get a good nights sleep..

::Stayed there for three nights. Breakfast options were terrible with dry pasta heated multiple times, overboiled eggs and stone hard toasting bread. Plumbing in toilet area was always leaking meaning that you have to go with your shoes through a thin layer of water all the time which then starts to smell badly. Moreover, the hotel was supposed to organize our airport transfer to Kutaisi for a group of 8 people. When taxi arrived it had seats for only 6 people. We had to cram into it with our luggage which resulted in the back of the car lowering down to the extent that it hit the road every once in a while when going to the airport. It felt super uncomfortable and very unsafe. To add on top of that, we were supposed to get breakfast packages which we of course did not get. Very poor service not worth a penny they are currently charging.
